Ensuring Your Water Supply for Decades to Come

Lessen the Effects of the Drought

It's no secret that California is currently facing a drought. As Crestview Mutual Water Company shareholders, we have groundwater extraction rights, but Crestview recently cancelled their plans to build a new well, and our current wells will likely dry up in the coming years.

Join with We Need Water to fight for a new well to protect our community.
Letter from Edward Atsinger in Support of Crestview Mutual Water Company
Here’s how you can help!
  1. Contact Crestview Mutual Water Company and tell them you support their efforts to get us a new well: https://www.crestviewwater.org
  2. If you live in Las Posas Hills, contact its board and management company. Tell them you agree that Well #4 is, and has always been, part of the neighborhood, and future wells should be too. E-mail the company at: DearConcord@concordconsulting.net
  3. Contact Ventura County Planning Department and tell them that, without a new well, your property is at risk. Remind them of your statutory rights to safe, affordable water codified in the California Water Code §106.3. You can call or e-mail the department: 805-654-2488 or plan.counter@ventura.org.
